The Catalead Associates Ltd (“The Catalead”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides leadership assessments, training, consultancy, coaching, research, events, and related professional services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By using our website, registering for a program, completing an assessment, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Scope of Services

The Catalead may provide services including but not limited to:

  1. Leadership assessments and diagnostics
  2. Training programs and workshops
  3. Executive, career, and leadership coaching
  4. Consultancy and advisory services
  5. Research, publications, and thought leadership resources
  6. Online participant portals, dashboards, and digital reporting tools

4. User Responsibilities

  1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, making submissions, or using our services.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
  3. You agree not to misuse the website, portals, reports, or related systems, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, or introducing malicious code.
  4. You agree to use our services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

5. Assessments and Reports

  1. Assessment results, diagnostics, reports, and interpretations are intended for leadership development, learning, coaching, and professional insight.
  2. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, assessments and reports are not intended to serve as legal, medical, psychiatric, or employment-termination instruments.
  3. For multi-rater and 360-degree assessments, anonymity and aggregation may be applied in accordance with the design of the tool and the relevant engagement terms.
  4. The Catalead does not guarantee any specific leadership, career, organizational, or financial outcome from the use of its tools or services.

6. Training, Coaching, and Consultancy Engagements

  1. Program content, schedules, facilitators, and delivery methods may be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
  2. Clients and participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators, staff, and fellow participants.
  3. Any recommendations, frameworks, or advisory outputs are provided in good faith for professional use and should be applied with appropriate organizational judgment.

7. Fees, Payments, and Financial Terms

  1. Fees for services, programs, assessments, coaching, events, or related products shall be as communicated at the point of registration, proposal, invoice, or contract.
  2. Payments must be made through approved channels provided by The Catalead.
  3. Access to certain reports, certificates, dashboards, sessions, or deliverables may be withheld until applicable fees are paid.
  4. Where instalment or deposit arrangements apply, the applicable balance must be cleared in accordance with the communicated payment structure.
  5. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once services have been substantially scheduled, delivered, accessed, or consumed.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, tools, frameworks, reports, graphics, assessment structures, training materials, branding, and digital assets provided by The Catalead remain the intellectual property of The Catalead or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
  3. Participants and clients may use reports and materials for their own personal, internal, or agreed institutional purposes, subject to any engagement-specific restrictions.

9. Confidentiality

  1. The Catalead will treat client and participant information with appropriate confidentiality, subject to contractual terms, lawful disclosure obligations, and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Clients and participants shall also respect the confidentiality of workshop discussions, coaching engagements, group processes, and shared materials where applicable.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. By using our services, you acknowledge that data may be collected, processed, stored, and used for legitimate service-delivery, administrative, reporting, research, compliance, and communication purposes.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

  1. Our website or systems may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including hosting, email, payment, analytics, or communication tools.
  2. We are not responsible for the independent terms, content, or privacy practices of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

12. Service Availability
